a career of twenty-nine years in the homebuilding
industry, Eric Johnson has managed the construction
of thousands of new homes and condominiums. After
graduating from the University of Rhode Island
and receiving an MBA from the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mr. Johnson spent five
years with RYAN HOMES. As a vice president in
the Washington DC area, his division built single
family homes in Northern Virginia.
IN 1982 he left RYAN
HOMES and formed THE GABLES COMPANIES, a diversified
construction and property management company that
built luxury apartment communities, garden condominiums,
and town homes. In 1992, THE GABLES was ranked
in the top 150 builders in the country by BUILDER
magazine. PROFESSIONAL BUILDER magazine listed
the Gables as one of the top 400 builders in 1993.

MR. JOHNSON resigned
from of THE GABLES in 1995 to pursue his interest
in building quality shingle style homes and
formed ERIC JOHNSON HOMES, INC. d.b.a. OLDPORT
HOMES. OLDPORT HOMES is dedicated to building
quality, energy efficient new homes in communities
with attractive New England seaside architecture
with classic interior trim details. |

JON SEIBOLD graduated
from the University of Vermont in 1990 with
a degree in Civil Engineering, and began his
career with THE GABLES COMPANY. Mr. Seibold
joined OLDPORT HOMES in 1997 as Vice President
of Construction. He is responsible for the
day to day field operation of all new homes
and condominiums. |

JONATHAN CARON
is a 1997 graduate of Virginia Tech with a
degree in Civil Engineering. From 1997 until
2004 he worked for TOLL BROTHERS and managed
a custom home division for a local builder
in Northern Virginia. Mr. Caron returned to
his native state of Rhode Island in 2004 and
is Vice President at OLDPORT HOMES. |

TYLER JOHNSON
is a 2005 graduate of Brown University where
he was a two year starter on the Bears football
team. Tyler worked for RYLAND HOMES in Northern
Virginia until he joined OLDPORT HOMES in
2008 as a Project Manager. |

and Eric Johnson is a licensed contractor in the
